Lesley Odom was named production manager for Florida in June 2025, where his primary focus is promoting a strong culture of safety while driving continuous improvement across production operations. He works closely with site teams and customers to ensure safe, efficient performance and high-quality service that protects both the company and its partners.
Lesley joined the company in 2005 and has built a career spanning reclamation, hauling, coal processing, production, maintenance, and operations leadership across multiple regions. With nearly 20 years of experience, he brings broad operational expertise and a strong passion for dragline operations and production excellence.
Lesley is currently pursuing an associate degree in business at Columbia Southern University. He holds MSHA certifications in instructor-surface (IS) training, methane, dust, and first aid, and maintains supervisor certifications in Alabama, Virginia, and New Mexico.
