Aaron Garrett joined the company in 2005 as a heavy equipment operator at Coteau Properties and has since built a 20-year career spanning multiple leadership roles. He has served as load and haul supervisor, coal processing area manager, project manager at Demery Resources, operations manager at Bisti Fuels, and general manager for North American Mining. In 2024, Aaron was promoted to vice president of eastern operations.
Aaron’s responsibilities include operations and maintenance oversight and business administration.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in finance from Colorado State University.
