Jennifer Gonzalez joined the company in April 2017 as a human resources assistant and was promoted to human resources generalist in December 2021. In 2025, she advanced into her current role as human resources supervisor, where she supports HR operations across the organization. Jennifer leads onboarding and orientation initiatives to integrate new employees effectively and strengthens employee relations through her commitment to supporting individuals and fostering a positive work environment.
With nearly 19 years of experience in the recruiting and HR industry, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of employee support, workplace culture and organizational effectiveness.
Jennifer attended New Jersey City University, where she completed coursework in human resources and business administration.
