Manuel Salgado joined the company in March 2006 as an accounting technician and advanced through several key financial roles, including accountant II and accounting supervisor, before being promoted to business manager in 2017. In this role, he oversees all accounting and financial transactions and reporting within the North American Mining segment. He leads cross-functional teams responsible for finance, accounting, purchasing, warehouse and time entry functions.
With 19 years of experience, Manuel is skilled in financial reporting, GAAP compliance, contract oversight, audit leadership and process optimization.
Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from DeVry University and a master’s degree in accounting and financial management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
