Ryan Holder began his career with the company in 2008 as a diesel technician and advanced into leadership roles. He became rolling stock shop supervisor at Coteau in 2020 before transferring to North American Mining in 2021 as operations supervisor at the Palm Beach Aggregates quarry. In 2023, he was promoted to area manager.
With 17 years of experience in maintenance and operations, Ryan brings extensive knowledge of equipment management, safety and process improvement.
Ryan holds an associate degree in applied science in diesel technologies from North Dakota State College of Science.
